I checked the link you provided and ran a translator *lol* which kinda sorta gave me an idea of what they were talking about. There was a conversation regarding this being the work of students at a film school over the summer, but that he was not certain about one or two other videos. He showed one image of the ship while being rendered against the sky. He apologized many times and said they had no idea how good it would turn out.

The 2 "experts" in the linked article at OM didn't seem to pick up on the fact that these videos weren't produced within "a short period of time" as they suggested. And obviously they never bothered to translate the text in the videos like our own resident expert... and one of them was even an "expert" in China!
