The Brookings Report Information

What is the significance of this document? It is a very thought provoking assembly of suggestions and directives that include the way information should be shared with the public in regards to ETs and UFOs.

This report was established by the Brookings Institute and submitted to the Committee on Science and Astronautics of the United States House of Representatives in the 87th United States Congress on April 18, 1961. In short, this document gives an explanation for the way the entire subject of space exploration and discovery should be handled, including the possible denial and coverup of UFOs and Extraterrestrial life.
